Hi, I’m Kyle-Reece

The founder and director of JOURNEYWISE.

With extensive experience in email marketing, I’ve had the privilege of working for some of the top marketing agencies in the U.S over a number of years. and collaborating with leading DTC and eCommerce brands.

These opportunities gave me firsthand insights into what works, and what doesn’t, in the world of email marketing.

Driven by a passion to fill the gaps I observed in the industry, I started my own agency to deliver exceptional, data-driven strategies tailored to optimize customer journeys and drive retention. Today, I specialize in helping DTC and eComm brands unlock growth and build lasting customer loyalty.

Beyond my professional journey, I’ve spent over 15 years globetrotting, visiting 50 countries (and counting!) and living in 6 different countries. These experiences have not only broadened my perspective but also enriched my understanding of diverse cultures and customer behavior, which I bring to every project I work on.
